The Greenwich Center for the Arts
Welcome to the Internet home of the Greenwich Center for the Arts. Founded by a group of Greenwich citizens with a devotion to both their community and the arts, this nonprofit organization is working to establish a public/private partnership with the Town of Greenwich to create an enhanced home for all of the arts in the historic Havemeyer Building.

The GCA will provide all the citizens of Greenwich with access to arts education, exhibits and performances. It will also provide a home to numerous local arts organizations. The total cost of renovating the Havemeyer Building to preserve the town’s rich past while creating a vibrant cultural focal point for the town for generations to come will be privately funded at no taxpayer expense.

Thank you for spending time on the GCA website, to learn more about the history of and people behind this effort, to see the exciting plans, to read current news and testimonials, and to find out how you can become involved.
